OUR MISSION
Our primary goal is to manage and stabilize the immediate and chronic crises faced by children, youth and families living in Upper Smokey Mountain and the so-called Temporary Housing area of Barangay 105 in Tondo.
A crucial additional goal is to create awareness among children, youth and families about their rights and available opportunities, in education, training, welfare and healthcare, and to facilitate community-based interventions to improve living conditions and safety.
OUR THEORY OF CHANGE
immediate and chronic crises faced by children, youth and families are managed and stabilised — with their active participation,
IF

THEN
children, youth and families can be encouraged and supported to actively focus on education, training, to access welfare and healthcare services available to them and to seize opportunities to improve their own and their families’ lives.
OUR PARTNERS
TCI is fully funded by Firetree Group. As such, TCI's team has access to best-practices and peer-exchanges with some of the best child protection organizations in the Region.
We apply a systemic approach by collaborating with civil society organisations and government agencies to facilitate access to education, healthcare, and other opportunities.
